Meet the Founder
Jazzminn Richey is the Founder of Prime Standard Youth Development.
She brings over 15 years of experience in education, student support, and youth empowerment. Her work has focused on building strong school cultures, supporting student growth, and creating systems that help students succeed long term.
As a United States Veteran and education leader, she understands discipline, structure, and the importance of preparation.
Her mission is to help students stay ready, stay focused, and stay ON10.
